When I look back over those 20 years, I've stayed because I'm passionate about what I do. It's that connection to Country and being a part of that journey of protecting my Country and my culture is, you know, something I hold very dear to my heart. Every time I can improve a grower's practices or see that the community grows from some of the research I do, that's the biggest thing. We're actually all just passionate about what we do. We want farmers to do really well, so we're there to help them get over any hurdles and to support wherever we can. As populations grow across the world, it's integral to be able to meet that future need.
